Across Mesoamerica, dogs held a special place in the relationship between the living and the dead. People believed they were companions and guides on the journey into the afterlife, entrusted with helping souls navigate the passage between worlds.

According to these beliefs, a dog treated kindly in life would remember its companion beyond death, guiding them through the darkness and carrying them across the waters that separated the world of the living from the land of the dead.

About Working across art, graphic design, and independent publishing.

Her practice unfolds through different spaces:

@pam_ebola
,
an ongoing personal exploration of landscape, memory, and observation;
@back.row.space, a creative practice dedicated to graphic design commissions, visual identities, and editorial projects; and
@caaascaaaraaa, an independent publishing project built around collaborations with friends, shared ideas, and experimental printed matter.

Moving between personal investigations and collective projects, her work is driven by curiosity, experimentation, and an interest in how ideas can take different forms.

Three interconnected practices, each offering a different way of observing, making, and sharing.
